EC Declaration of Conformity with RoHS Directive 2015/863 RoHS3 & REACH Regulation No 1907/2006

To Whom it may concern,

In accordance with the provisions of Directive 2015/863 RoHS 3, uAvionix Corporation, 300 Pine Needle Lane, MT 59911, Bigfork, USA does hereby declare that all uAvionix Inc. products and packaging is in conformance of the requirements of the above EC Directive RoHS and contain no higher levels of the following restricted hazardous substances:

Furthermore, in accordance with REACH regulation No 1907/2016, uAvionix declares that none of the Substances of Very High Concern listed in the REACH Annex XVII Restricted Substances List are present in uAvionix Inc. products or packaging. This declaration extends to all new substances added through December 2, 2022 to the REACH Annex XIV Authorization List.
